The location is perfect, just steps away from the Japanese district, where the streets shimmer with traditional lanterns-perfect for my group of friends who love exploring local culture. I had my ups and downs with the staff; while one member was a bit laidback during my check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by their replacement later in the evening, who was incredibly helpful with local tips. The hotel itself boasts excellent amenities, like free WiFi and a cozy buffet breakfast to fuel our city adventures. Plus, with private parking available, it made our road trip stress-free. I appreciated the tranquil vibe and its proximity to attractions like the Sao Paulo Zoo. If you're looking for a blend of culture and comfort, Free Palace is a solid choice!
